About DONNAVVENTURA

DONNAVVENTURA (in Italian “Adventurous Ladies”) is a travel reality program broadcasted on a major Italian TV channel (Rete 4). The reality follows the life of a group of adventurous Italian ladies during a 3-month journey across foreign lands. The 6 protagonists have undergone a long selection process and have been chosen among 40,000 applicants. Part of their task will be to report their experience as travel journalists to major travel magazines (media partners). AvMap satellite navigation and DONNAVVENTURA have been collaborating for 5 editions now. DONNAVVENTURA has traversed to over five continents with AvMap Satellite Navigators. Over the years they have tested more and more advanced devices which made it possible to explore areas like United States of America, Canada, The Amazon, Morocco, Tunisia, Patagonia and South America, Australia. AvMap has a long history in cross country championships: the first Desert Cruiser navigator was used in desert rallies back in 1994. ]]>
